What to include so we can help faster

For anything order-related:

  • The email address you used at checkout — this is the single most useful thing
  • Your order number if you have it (it starts with a #, and it's in your confirmation email)
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead
  • If a file won't open: what device, what operating system, and what you're opening it with

You don't need the order number. We can find you by email.

Not the right place

  • Emergencies or crises. We are not a support service. If you or your child are in danger, contact your local emergency number. See the Disclaimer for crisis lines.
  • Clinical advice. We can't advise on your individual child. We're not qualified to, and it wouldn't be safe. Please speak to your GP, paediatrician, school counsellor or a licensed mental health professional.
  • Payment disputes. Please email us before contacting your bank — see Orders, Delivery & Refunds.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we handled something, reply to our last email with the word "complaint" and it goes to the top of the queue for a fresh look. We'll respond within 5 business days with a decision and our reasoning.

If you're still not satisfied:

  • Privacy matters: you can complain to your data protection authority — the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, your national authority in the EU, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia, or your state Attorney General in the US.
  • Consumer matters: contact your local consumer protection agency. In Australia that's the ACCC or your state fair trading office. In the US, your state Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission
